I do not want to see a single ga/el diminish the importance of them putting Azriel by Elain in that little Feyre’s painting puzzle thing

They could have put the sisters side by side and the bat boys side by side or align it some other way where it wasn’t separated into couples. They could have just as easily had Elain by Feyre and Az by Nesta but they didn’t choose that positioning.

So funny thing happened to me today as I was working. I’ll set the scene.

So this fic is basically elriel dark romance mixed with lights out by Navessa Allen.

Az is unhinged, Elain is unhinged,

They want to remain anonymous in their sexapades - that doesn’t happen for long.

So I’m reading Az and Elain with their kinky shit ( knife play 🔪 , mentions of primal play, Azriel in a mask😩) during my lunch break, enjoying it cuz honestly, the way the author has written them is pretty funny 😆.

I work from home and I get to the end of my lunch break after reading a pretty sexual scene and giggling over it.

So I pick up the phone as I’m trying to control my giggles, to do my work duties and be a respectable citizen, and as I give my usual call intro for the company I work for, the caller on the other line happens to be speaking to someone else on their end…

Me : hello this is ….

Caller : that’s a good girl…

Me:

Then me again:

Caller: hi, so yea I need to make a payment.

Me: sure, ( proceeds to pretend nothing happened, though I am dying to start cackling.)

Takes payment. Ends call.

Me:

I laughed for 8 minutes. The universe is funny. 😆
