Not a lot of people think of your demon boy as being of the cuddly variety. Especially since most of them meet the business end of his knife. But when he’s sleepy and just wants to lay on top of you at the end of the day? It’s like everything in the world goes quiet and all you can hear is the quiet hum of his glitches as he settles in. 

His hair is fun to play with as he rests his head on your chest, occasionally being able to sneak a kiss to the top of his head without him playfully snapping his teeth at you and nearly catching your nose. The way he purrs when you slip your hand under his shirt to hold him closer and let him feel the warmth of your skin against his. He’s normally an absolute heat sink, so you’ve learned to load up on blankets during the winter, although it’s an absolute godsend in the summer time when it’s too hot for even covers. 

When he gets this tired, he’s usually beyond words and just wants to snuggle up with you, maybe he’ll growl at you a little if he doesn’t get his way immediately. You’ve been scooped up from your work, swept off your feet in the kitchen, even picked up by the ankles and taken back to your room so he can sleep. You’ve offered to get him something else to cuddle with in your absence, but he doesn’t sleep as often as you do so it’s not really fair to not oblige him when all he wants is to be with you. 

But right now, you just hear his quiet purrs as he squirms just enough to get comfortable again before resuming his snoring. A lot of the time he likes being able to grab your hand and press his lips against your fingers, perpetually making you feel like royalty even in slumber. 

Over the years, he’s gradually been just stealing your pajama pants, and latched onto a comfortable pair of flannel ones with pockets, and a buffalo check pattern. The cutest thing in the morning when you spot him hovering in the kitchen just trying not to face plant into his morning cup of coffee. But when the pant legs ride up as he’s sprawled across you, trapping you against the bed? Unmatched. 

“Sleep well, mo mhuirnin…”

You place one last kiss to his brow before tucking your face against his, holding him close as you let the exhaustion consume you as well.

Anti is not the most, emotionally available demon there is. Or perhaps just not particularly emotionally intelligent. He truly has two modes, feel good and feel bad. He struggles to identify emotions that typically require more than half a second of emotional analysis. Were he a human he’d probably get some sort of label for it, but a human he is not. 

But something he does know is that if he sees you looking off into the distance or with a frown on your face, he can probably do something about it. You’re sat up on the couch with your knees to your chest, resting your chin on top of your arms, draped over your knees. He chirps at you to get your attention, before sitting next to you and noodling himself against your side. 

“Baby, you don’t have to sit with me.”

“Yer sad. I sit.”

Sound logic, he’s got you there. His arms manage to snake themselves around your waist before burying his face in your neck while dragging you into his lap. You instinctively try to squirm away a little bit but he just squeezes you tighter until you relent. 

“Nope, no sads.”

“You are impossible.”

“Good, I like t’ose odds.”

You flop back against him and he just rubs his scruff against your cheek as the back of your skull is nestled on his shoulder. Your face turns and he just kisses your lips with a little smirk. Anti frowns when you don’t return the kiss nor the smile, so he keeps at it. 

Peck. Peck. Peck. On the nose, on the cheek, on the neck. Peck. Peck. Peck. On your eyebrow, on your temple, on your jaw. He noses his way to directly under your ear and purrs while kissing you until it tickles. When he hears you giggle while trying to squirm away, he only gains more confidence. He slides out from beneath you and lets you fall to the soft cushions beneath the two of you, caging you in while kissing across your face from ear to ear. 

“ANTI- STOP- I YIELD- I YIELD-!!” 

You look up at him, breathless, with a grin on your face and panting. He looks bright and very proud of himself, sitting now on your legs as your arms are collapsed across the couch and your chest. 

“I love ye, acushla.”

“I love you too, goober.”

Hii I hope you're doing good, if it's okay maybe you could write a scenario or like headcanon for dating Anti as Darks sibling or smth I think that'd be really cool but it's okay if not (Also love the blog rebrand ^^)

I think it’d be best suited as still being the DA but still being on good terms with him. If not still in love, because I am a sucker for poly stuff.

Dark gets a little overprotective at first, but tries to hold it together for your sake

Anti is a bit oblivious, but is immediately very touchy/clingy when he’s with you

If you and Anti are sitting together on the couch, Dark will silently join you and place an arm around you

They eventually learn to coexist for your sake

Even if they’re still giving each other snide comments and rude faces/gestures

You do catch the two of them asleep together on the couch while they were waiting for you

Although they’ll certainly deny it

The difference in affections from them feels rather balanced

Dark is far more of a romantic, doing meaningful gestures towards you and just wanting to be near, doing his own thing

Anti wants to be touching you at all times, and enjoys sneaking kisses all the time to surprise you

You find yourself sitting at the end of the bar, mindlessly swirling your drink as you scan the establishment for where your date could have run off to. You really didn’t want to believe it, but the longer you wait, the more you believe you’ve been stood up. Watching your reflection ripple in the liquid in your glass waver just like your confidence feels like the final nail in the coffin as you go to pay for your drink and leave. 

As you go to stand, pushing out your stool with your foot against the base of the counter you sat yourself at, when someone pulls up a stool beside you and gestures for you to sit next to them. You’re wary, not really in the mood for any creep jumping at the chance to get to know you. Your hand grips the bottom of your glass as you pull it closer to your chest, entering this interaction with much caution.

“Chill, I’m not ‘ere t’ make yer day shittier. Heard some drunk arse bastard in the bat’room talkin’ about how he’s gonna stay in t’ere until his date leaves so t’ey’d pay t’e tab. Came back out an’ figured yer t’e date.”

You scan him and see genuine pity in his eyes, turning his body towards you while also occasionally peeking over to the bathroom to meet the eye of your leeching date. There’s a growl that reaches his lips as his eyes narrow, sending whoever was looking out reeling back in with a near slam of the door. 

“I’m so sorry about t’is, ye don’t deserve t’ be used like t’at. Can I pay for yer tab? Least I can do.”

At first you hesitate, not really wanting to get involved after having your heart toyed with. But he seems rather protective, making you wonder if this is his first time doing this for someone.

“Sure, why not. Not like I have much to lose at this point.”

“Oh don’t say t’at. It’s his loss, not yers.”

His comment comes out so freely that it catches you off guard a little bit, processing it as he waves down the bartender. He places a hand over your arm and to your surprise you don’t flinch away. You may feel eyes boring into the back of your skull, but you don’t really care. Your hand finds its place over his, keeping it there as you bring him closer. Some part in you wants to spite the bastard who you now know is watching with probable bitterness in his mouth. 

You lean over and rest your head on the stranger’s shoulder, who looks at you with alarm as he tries to figure out what you’re doing.

“You said my date’s watching, right? Wanna help me show him what he’s missing? You said it was his loss anyways…”

He glances between your eyes and your lips as he tries to figure out if you’re joking or not, while his cheeks turn a lovely shade of red. Your heart flutters in a way you weren’t expecting from tonight, but deep down you’re hoping that the feeling doesn’t go away. He turns to better face you, looking dumbstruck and smiling like a fool.

“Ant’ony, by the way…”

“Oh I don’t need your name to kiss you, stupid.”

His mouth opens and closes like a fish, watching the cogs turn in his head before it clicks.

“Oh!”

His hand grips the underside of your stool seat, dragging you closer so you sit between his legs and he leans in for the kiss. There’s a breathy giggle into your lips, almost laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation. You just grab his face as the bartender pretends they aren’t keeping an eye on the two of you. His hands move to your waist, right as you hear the sound of fumbling footsteps behind you.

“H-Hey! That’sss MY date! (hic)”

Your initial date looks disheveled, perhaps regretting the expensive, alcohol heavy beverage he tried to sneak you into paying for him. Probably a lightweight. You barely look away from Anthony biting at your lip as you pull away, meeting the eye of the drunkard interrupting the two of you.

“Sorry buddy, you had your chance.”

“N-No! I ref-f-f-(hic)-fuse!”

He tries to take a swing at Anthony, who just dips you low over the back of your stool as he takes your lips again. You hum in shock, before giggling at your date nearly flinging themself over the bar with their drunken momentum.

“Alright buddy, leave the happy couple alone. Security?”

They’re dragged out by a couple of bouncers, loudly slurring a mix of swears and other foul mouthed language that would make a nun blush. Perhaps you dodged a bigger bullet than you thought.

Anthony looks a bit out of breath but doesn’t look like he wants to stop any time soon. And honestly, you don’t either. 

“Happy couple, huh? I mean- AH-!”

You blush as the hickey starts reddening, with Anthony looking rather smug.

“Can ye be mine fer tonight? Unless ye want anot’er, proper date…”

“If you don’t carry me out of here I’m pretty sure the bartender will kick us out for kissing too much.”

“As ye wish.”

This was specifically inspired by the second verse, and it's probably far cuter than most people are expecting. But also it's me, so I'm unsure of what the expectations were for this one. XD

You thrash on your bed, plagued by the memories of past interactions that bring embarrassment and shame with every passing moment. You snatch your pillow and scream quietly into it. Frustration at your inability to let go, to let it just be as it always will. It’s so hard to, when your mind keeps playing it like a clip compilation on Jackass or America’s Funniest Home Videos. They probably don’t even remember anymore anyways. 

Your phone buzzes repeatedly from your nightstand, prompting you to flip around and wait for it to stop. Even if you are awake, you don’t feel like responding to people right now. Eventually it stops, and you sigh with relief. But then there’s knocking on your door, at first polite but continues to banging when you don’t answer.

“Go away!”

They certainly take the prize for worst listener as your door opens, and Anti pops his head in.

“Hey, I felt somet’in’ off wit’ ye. Ye okay?”

You both know the answer, but there’s some pleading in his eyes for you to tell him the truth. 

“I’m fine.”

He sighs with disappointment, stepping in and closing the door behind him. His steps hardly make a sound as he walks over to your bed, sitting on the edge before placing a hand gently on your back.

“What is it tonight?”

“Nothing’s wrong…”

You can hear his nostrils flare as he sharply exhales, clenching his other hand into a fist.

“Horseshit. I can feel t’at yer about t’ cry.”

“I said I’m fine!”

You throw the pillow at him and he glitches out of the way, Hurt washes over his face at your refusal at him helping you. You know he can. Deep down you want that. But that first means admitting that something’s wrong, and you shouldn’t be feeling like this. Embarrassed over something so small. You just curl in on yourself as he leaves, closing the door behind him again. 

The next few hours are torture, laying awake and staring at the ceiling, the laughter in your mind at the subconsciously inflicted humiliation you’re enduring echoing in the otherwise silent room. It feels suffocatingly quiet, not even the hum of Anti’s glitching there to help drown out the low level thoughts. You drift in and out of sleep, unable to escape still. Tears prick the corners of your eyes as you reach out for him and he just, isn’t there.

“Anti…?”

His name pierces the silence that surrounds you, and you hear footsteps running down the hallway reaching your door. He nearly flings open the door, running to you to scoop you up.

“I’m right here. Ye want me t’ make it go away?”

“Please…”

Anti readjusts his grip on you to hold you closer, pressing a kiss to the center of your forehead as you try to hide your face in him. He starts humming a song you don’t quite recognize, but your body feels the vibrations and starts calming down. Your mind quiets and all you begin to focus on is the sound of his glitches and how he cradles you close.

“T’ere’s my baby, yer okay. It’s all gone.”

He leans back slowly until his back hits the mattress, allowing you to slink yourself over him as he still grips you close. Your arms wrap around him as if he’s going to disappear if you don’t, placing your ear at the center of his chest to hear his unnatural heartbeat. 

“Yer cured, I promise. Go t’ sleep, mo ghra.”

When that blanket is draped over you, your body gives way to exhaustion and becomes a weight on top of him, just as he would want any day.

Dark:

Definitely a dog dad, probably an Australian Shepherd

Wilford:

Is convinced he has a cat, it's actually just Marvin in his cat form

Actor:

Owns multiple snakes, although his favorites are his rainbow boas

Google:

Doesn't keep pets, but tries to take good care of the bugs in his garden

Murdoch:

After not wanting you to be lonely while he's on jobs, he gets you a small golden doodle puppy, his name is Brutus

Illinois:

Golden retriever named Nugget, got him when the two of you moved in together

Yancy:

Has trouble committing to just one dog, so he volunteers at the local animal shelter and fosters when they're overcrowded
