People complain that customer service in Ghana is very poor. In some cases statements like this are often exaggerated, and over generalized. We can't also say it doesn't happen, it does. But we've got to learn how to deal with people no matter how difficult they might be. I always say before we deal with people based on their status in society or service they provide, we should first deal with them as human beings. If we do that we create mutual understanding of ourselves and what we need from one another. When this happens, service providers will be happy to serve us anytime, not even because we are paying for it but because they have created a relationship with us.
