This is a little self-indulgent project (a "self-EP," if you will, term coined by GAvillain) I wanted to do. Basically, I set these rules: 1. The two characters involved have to be from a cartoon. Shows could repeat (and had to because a lot of them had more than one ship I love). 2. They have to be from the SAME cartoon. (They do not have to have met!) 3. And most importantly, THEY MUST BE VILLAINS. Or at least antagonists. It's...debatable whether Mel Meyer is a full-on villain, and the Brotherhood is on the fence sometimes. 

I think Lietro, Fandango, and maaaaaybe Quackervolt are the only ships here that aren't COMPLETE rarepairs.

I saw your answer about Allison, Keemia and Penny in SSM. I was wondering, how would the Sinister 9 react to the 3 girls coming into their lives?

RIGHT NOW, THE ONLY THING I’M WILLING TO DISCLOSE OF ANY “GENERATION TWO” OF THE SINISTER GROUP

Well, Electro and Sandman are going to be the BEST parents. Okay, Electro is going to be a bit paranoid about them getting hurt. If he’s not rid of his powers by this time (which I imagine he would be), he would especially be afraid of being the one to hurt them. Allison actually has to keep her interest in electrical powers secret from Electro (”Max” at this point if his transformation is reversed), because she knows he’ll give her a three hour lecture on why that whole concept is dangerous. Sandman is more of the “fun parent” - not afraid to lay down the law when IT’S BEDTIME AND YOU ALL NEED TO GET YOUR SLEEP NOW, but he’ll often be playing games with the girls and chatting with them about anything and everything.

Monica and Rhino are the proud aunt/uncle who are absolutely clueless babysitters. They’ll volunteer to take care of the girls while the parents step out either for a job or a date, but then realize, once they’re alone with the three girls, that they have NO IDEA HOW TO LOOK AFTER CHILDREN. Panic mode begins.

Mysterio can’t stand them. He wants them out of here. He can’t stand children unless they’re his and he’s grooming them to take over his legacy, and even in that case, he wouldn’t really LIKE the kid. He petitions every day to have the girls thrown out. 

Shocker is indifferent to the kids, but when he hears Mysterio’s complaints, he immediately backs him up on it, realizing how work might be compromised with children around.

Vulture…you thought he WOULDN’T also just collapse into a pile of babbling complaints? He hardly ever sides with Mysterio on things, but on THIS, they’re in agreement.

Doc Ock is willing to forgive a lot of transgressions because these children are part Dillon by adoption. But if he catches them fiddling with his robotic arms ONE MORE TIME, he might just make good on Mysterio’s demand to have the kids evicted.

The girls are warned to stay away from Kraven and not approach him under any circumstances. It’s just safer this way.

The fandom ask thing for SSM

·      the first character i ever fell in love with: I went into the series right after seeing the first ASM film and absolutely hating that version of Gwen Stacy, so I was hoping SSM’s Gwen would be a likable opposite. And she was a REALLY refreshing breath of fresh air who felt like more of a character than ASM Gwen. 

·      a character that i used to love/like, but now do not: I don’t think this actually happened with this show! I pretty much kept on loving everyone I went in loving, and even warming up to some characters more over time.

·      a ship that i used to love/like, but now do not: This didn’t happen to me either.

·      my ultimate favorite character™: THE GREEEEEAT MYSTEEEEEERIOOOOOOOOOOO

·      prettiest character: This incarnation of Beck is actually pretty sizzlin’. Not to say he’s not anywhere else. But here ESPECIALLY.

·      my most hated character: Not a hate. But I have a mild dislike for Dr. Octopus, since I was soooooo used to the Raimi version that I didn’t really like the more “classic supervillain” incarnation.

·      my OTP: ElectroSand, with Shocksterio as a close runner-up.

·      my NOTP: Harry/Gwen

·      favorite episode: “First Steps.” Which is WEIRD, because Mysterio is my favorite character, so you’d THINK his episode would be my fave, and Electro is my sparkly son, so you’d THINK it would be his intro, and I love villain team-ups, so you’d THINK it would be one of the Sinister Six eps, but…I’m just so in love with Sandman’s character arc. After thinking this episode over, I can’t even call him a VILLAIN anymore. Morally ambiguous at worst. It hit all of my feels in the exact RIGHT way.

·      saddest death: And to continue, Sandman exploding hit me right in the heart until, of course, he was revealed to be fine later, but I actually prefer that story to have a happy ending anyway, and it doesn’t take away from the fact that he thought he probably WAS sacrificing himself

·      favorite season: Gosh, this show was so short it’s hard to believe it was even broken up into seasons. I guess S2 did have “First Steps,” “Blueprints,” and “Reinforcement,” so that’s my fave character arc, my fave character’s intro, and a villain team-up episode all in one. And, of course, Norman finally got revealed, so there was a sense of closure. I know some people are still up in arms about the ending not being quite satisfactory due to the show’s premature cancellation, and I completely understand, but I thought the reveal of Norman as Goblin actually gave just enough closure that I could deal with his getaway and the ambiguity of the Peter/Gwen/Harry drama.

·      least favorite season: I guess this is S1 by elimination, but I love that one too.

·      character that everyone else in the fandom loves, but i hate: Maybe Doc Ock? For reasons specified above. Still not a “hate,” though.

·      my ‘you’re piece of trash, but you’re still a fave’ fave: DID SOMEONE ANNOUNCE THE GREAT MYSTEEEEEEERIOOOOOOO

·      my ‘beautiful cinnamon roll who deserves better than this’fave: Gwen Stacy.

·      my ‘this ship is wrong, nasty, and makes me want to cleansemy soul, but i still love it’ ship: RHINO/KRAVEN IT’S A JOKE

·      my ‘they’re kind of cute, and i lowkey ship them, but i’m nottoo invested’ ship: Peter/Gwen, Peter/Felicia, Harry/Flash

Oh! I think I know what post you mean now. I didn’t actually reblog this one, but what the hey, I’m gonna fill it out anyway ‘cause it’s fun. (And if you DIDN’T mean this one, I’m sorry - I have memory short-outs sometimes)

·     who’s thewerewolf and who’s the hunter

Electro wasn’t born a werewolf, but an accidental bite turned him into one, and now he reviles himself and has closed himself off from society, deciding to become the monster they view him as. Hammerhead has hired Sandman to take down Electro so they can collect the bounty that has gathered on his head, but Sandman, as usual, would rather not follow orders.

·     who’s themermaid and who’s the fisherman

Sandman exploits his powers to overfish endangered species. Electro is a particular sort of merman who is blended with an electric eel. 

·     who’s thewitch and who’s the familiar

They both have powers, though, and I want to make them BOTH witches/wizards

·      who’s the barista and who’s thecoffee addict

Only a slight AU this time: Sandman is working the counter the night Electro tries to order a coffee and finds out his new powers prevent him from drinking it. After Electro causes a scene and runs out, Sandman is the only one to follow him to see if he’s okay.

·     who’s theprofessor and who’s the TA

Electro has actually become a master of engineering and Sandman, while still learning the ropes on the subject material, is just really glad to help with students.

·     who’s theknight and who’s the prince(ss)

Electro is very specifically Elsa. Who I realize has no knight to ship with her, and that’s what’s cool about her story, but for this AU, we’re having Electro be a prince hiding his electrical powers from the court and accidentally letting loose on his coronation day…and when he summons a lightning storm and retreats to a mountain to hide from the jeering public, Sandman follows him to try and bring him back to stop the storm.

·     who’s theteacher and who’s the single parent

Okay, a switch from earlier, because while I like Electro as a prof due to being the more likely to specialize in a subject, if we’re talking a general teacher of younger kids, that’s more Sandman’s specialty, and Electro brings in his AU version of Aftershock (who is probably adopted) to school every day.

·     who’s thewriter and who’s the editor

Sandman is trying to write a novel that will rival J.K. Rowling in monetary revenue, but Electro has more finesse in fixing up sentence structure.

In a previous post, you mentioned how Mysterio would react to Sandman proposing to Electro. How would the others react? SSM of course

Presuming they stay with the Six…

Rhino: Is probably happiest for them. He’s by this point used to Electro being more important to Sandman than he is, but is still very up for being best man.

Mysterio: Is mostly happy that there’s going to be a wedding he gets to plan. There’s going to be even more fog, glitter, and confetti than the proposal if he gets his hands on it. The cake will be huge. He won’t let anyone touch the stereo equipment because he’s been working on this playlist for months. And if there’s a traditional throw-something-to-catch-if-you’re-going-to-be-the-next-to-get-married, he’s SO going to catch whatever that thing is and bother Shocker about it.

Shocker: Doesn’t see the big deal at first, but will probably get wrapped up in wedding planning because Mysterio made him invested.

Vulture: Is bitter because he wants to have somebody to propose to and doesn’t yet.

Doc Ock: Not sure his “Maxwell” is ready to be married yet, but will eventually give his blessing.

Kraven: Does. Not. Care.
