HE NAMED A BEE AFTER HER
Season 6 of Elementary should’ve just been Moriarty finding out Watson is planning to adopt a child; and you can’t have someone as brilliant as Watson just adopt any child. So she parcels off her own daughter Kayden to the Brownstone with legal documents listing a valid closed adoption.
Serial killers this, Marcus leaving that, Moriarty-Morland fued, fuck all that bullshit. The Season 6 myth plot would’ve been way more interesting (and seriously half the plot holes introduced would be solved) if Jamie Moriarty was busy trying to get Joan to legally adopt Kayden and Sherlock was trying to find a reason to protest this like Joan is but he actually cannot because it’s an incredibly good idea.
"i think we were watching a new episode of mash" omg joan watson canon mash enjoyer ........ and another jumpscare in my tv show
the thing abt rewatching elementary is that I have to reckon anew every time with the fact that the man they cast as mycroft has an utterly detestable face. I’m sure he’s a very nice man and he’s a fine enough actor but I just do not enjoy looking at him, and knowing that there is a romance subplot between him and joan on the way hurts me to my core. joan watson please don’t text mycroft back he won’t love you the way I do
why elementary is better than [redacted]:
1. sherlock is as close to a comrade as i’ve ever seen
2. as a [redacted] fan from Back In The Day (not any more don’t insult me) the holmes-watson dynamic is objectively better.
3. sherlock himself is infinitely better and more likeable
4. isn’t natalie dormer moriarty in this? haven’t gotten there yet but as a bisexual. inspired
5. a cop genre but not fully copaganda. i respect that
joan watson wearing short shorts in a police precinct while working a case....icon, legend, hero...
sorry i cant focus on the plot or whatever bc joan watson WHAT is ur haircare routine
Tommy Gregson is hands down the best Captain ever
