I do, because I'm a massive organization dork. At this point, it mostly lists days/times shows air, as well as premiere dates so I can set my DVR. It also helps me keep track of recording conflicts so I know what shows I can/can't record. Later, it will also have notes about what episodes I need to watch, because sometimes I'll stream something on the computer and need to delete it off the DVR and I have trouble keeping track.
I think I started doing it when I didn't have cable/DVR, so I had to keep track of where I was in the shows I watched online.
Now that I'm no longer in school, this is my version of writing up my class schedule and color-coordinating it with my folders/notebooks (and yes, I did do that).
