I just read they never pick a new high king in skyrim... That's kind of annoying. Honestly though if left between Olfric and Elisef I prefer the open ending. I don't think either of them have skyriml best interest at heart. In a perfect (skyrim) world Balgruuf the Greater would be king and Whiterun would be the capitol. That way I could continue adventuring or settle down and do something like start a business. While we're on the wishful thinking topic, I would LOVE to see the ruins (holds,farms,etc) be rebuilt and inhabited. Maybe even create a little village or city to run out of them. Every time I pass by one I'm like, "I could rebuild this and live here without paying 5000+ gold." Haha.
