Sacred Twenty-Eight
In this Version, The Sacred Twenty-Eight are the first group of students that attended Hogwarts when it was first founded. At first Hogwarts only had male students, so these 28 boys were the reason why Hogwarts grew and is one of the best schools in the UK. Descendants of these 28 families are known to be very important and successful families in society. Some believe that members of the Sacred Twenty-Eight are better than everyone else, and should get a special treatment. Some believe that special treatment is already given to them. Salazar and Rowena's view was to maintain their group of students as "pure" as it had been in the beginning. The Sacred Twenty-Eight are loyal to Hogwarts because "they watched it grow". Godric and Helga wanted to include students outside this circle, it didn't matter the money and power. They incorporated scholarshipped students which their peers didn't like. Anyway, these 28 families continue sending their children to Hogwarts for loyalty and compromise to the school. There is a very large portrait of these 28 students in the castle. A member of this group automatically has the "right" to attend Hogwarts. A member of these families automatically has the "right" to be a Knight.
