how often did you work out in a day? what kind of cardio stuff did you do and how much of it? im like 190~ and im trying to drop to the 150 160 area lol and whats your diet?
i workout 5-6 times a week, cardio and abs everyday.
i was at 180 like in january, i am 150ish now, (i was at 147 before EDC, and since EDC haven't really worked out and sure as hell not dieted)
i do all types of cardio though, on my lifting days i bike and elliptical, on my pure cardio days i run and elliptical.
