Hello! First off your blog is totally rad, ive been into astrology for a while now but i can never seem to 100% grasp it and your posts explain it really great! Second, im a pisces and i kind of have a thing for a scorpio, i was wondering what you could tell me about our signs paired together in a romantic way?
I appreciate you saying that. I try to break it down for people to more easily understand, explaining the basics of each element and each quadruplicity so that each sign is a little easier to understand individually. Sure, there are other factors behind the signs, like their ruling planets and what each sign represents as the 12 astrological houses (from Aries the Pioneer and Wayfarer to Pisces the Experience-Reflecting and Inward-Thinking).
I’m no expert. I just started this blog to better teach people what I’ve learned in the way I understand it. Knowing what each sign is like doesn’t make you magically be able to know what they will do and how to court them. It helps you better understand the wants and needs of each individual based on their ruling signs so that you can better give them what they need in order to lessen their worldly struggles. Keep that in mind with compatibility readings- use the information you get from them to give them what they need and make them better people while making yourself better from what they can give you. Don’t expect them to fall madly in love with you because you know exactly how to treat them; human hearts just don’t work that way… Besides, if they don’t fall head over heels for you, you can gain a better friend and a better understanding of yourself in the process.
I’m not scolding or schooling you, just letting you know that astrology isn’t some magical sorcery to end all your troubles. Okay? Then lets begin!

For a Pisces it makes sense for you to be attracted to a Scorpio. Scorpios can provide stability to a Pisces that they often can’t find the depths of their own minds. There in would lie a splendid union of much respect and understanding, as both, sharing the same polarity and same element, have a keen empathic insight into each others hearts and minds.
While Scorpio can be rather covert, often too caught up in their own underground dealings to see the world the way a Pisces does, Pisces can easily overlook their urge to be mysterious and withdrawn because they often seek solace in the depths of their own minds- a place they let few others swim. A Pisces can offer gentleness, kindness and sympathy to the scorpion when they often feel like the world is dark and harsh because they draw more towards the grunge of society. However, even though Scorpio indulges in material comforts the way other water signs do, they can’t understand or even reciprocate the charitable attitude of Pisces. They have dissimilar long-term aspirations and therefore, unless they form a relationship with the best intentions for each other glued together with strong communication, they can slowly fade apart.
Scorpio is ruled by Pluto (Unconscious) and Pisces is ruled by Neptune (Imagination). Scorpio likes their secrets. Pisces likes their dreams. It’s hard to really unravel a Scorpio in the way Pisces likes to unravel the world, and Pisces is rarely found not daydreaming. This can cause the two to spend lots of their time together in silence, but Scorpio prefers company even when trapped in their own mental maze, and Pisces, while enjoying solitude, is usually afraid of being alone. However, if a Scorpio lets their fish swim too far, they can feel unappreciated and demand more time of Pisces than they can give.
Scorpio and Pisces are both Water Signs. Because water is a tangible, physical entity that blends well with itself, they are compatible in that they can use this fluid blending to their advantage and do so in great appreciation of it. The scorpion is tenacious and intense in their energy and therefore is adamant about solidifying the bonds Pisces drives to create, making a powerful bond between the two. Scorpio is an absolutist. Everything is either good or bad, rich or poor, new or old. A patient Pisces opens the world up to Scorpio, allowing them to see the bigger picture rather than just the tiny details therein. Scorpio could grow exhausted and untrusting of Pisces unsteadiness, however, and Pisces may see Scorpio as self-absorbed and insensitive to their emotional wants and needs. Regardless of it all, as Water Signs, they tend to seek out compromises.
Scorpio is a Fixed Sign, and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Scorpio puts their strength into one thing at a time, but Pisces swims around to wherever their emotions take them. As a Mutable Water Sign, Pisces molds rather easily to Scorpio’s life. However, Scorpio needs to give Pisces the freedom to enjoy their own personal interests. In learning that, Pisces can show Scorpio that flexibility can be fun and exciting, and that compromise can actually be reached without a large struggle. The energies of a Scorpio and Pisces feed each other well, making for a rather satisfying emotional partnership.
