It’s undeniable how ripe with jewels Scandinavia is as of late. We return to Denmark as Soleima enchants us with her brand new single, Cracks. Icy pop and sensual future bass dance flittering circles about each other on this bubbly delight. Soleima explains that the song is about hope... “The Hope that there is something good coming in the future, no matter how bad the present can sometimes seem.” There’s always light at the end of the tunnel despite these “cracks in the ceiling”. Soleima’s message of optimism, delivered with such enchanting charm, is exactly what the world needs as we look ahead in the new year. Du 25 au 30 août 2018, j’ai vécu avec ma communauté du Burkina Faso une retraite communautaire animée par le père Augustin Koné, le supérieur de la Vice-délégation de la Côte d’Ivoire. Le thème de la retraite était : « Nous sommes tous frères : ouvrons une nouvelle page ». Le focus fut donné sur les défis et les exigences de la vie fraternelle…
