I usually give a fair amount of leniency to anime adaptations of manga since they have constraints they have to work within...but I gotta say some of the things they did in episode 12 of season 2 have me so confused?? Most specifically the whole White Sand Prison bit and all the sneaking and scheming going on. It's such a huge departure from Abeno's usual characterization that I just can't get behind! What are your thoughts?

Yeeeah, I’ll admit Abeno sneaking around was pretty amusing but the manga’s shown that all the officials basically helped raise him so I feel like there’s no reason he should have to be sneaking around them. It’s just weird overall thanks to all the plot changes they made like Ashiya not actually requesting Abeno to look into Sakae. (We were robbed of Abeno bowing to Ashiya again when taking his request!!!)

Honestly I have no idea what the anime wants to do, especially the stuff they’d have to resolve when the last episode is next week, unless they’ll planning on announcing a season 3 right after (highly doubt it), so I’m just here for the admittedly bemused ride. 

I’ll always appreciate the anime but it’s just so far from the manga in important ways.

i don’t even remember the month of march. did march happen . i know during the beginning of march was when the winter musical closed !! and that was a great experience for me as far as i remember march was actually pretty great now that i’m thinking about it not very eventful but pretty good

I'm sorry to hear you're getting so many comments in poor taste on your Augenfresser story. I'll be the first to admit that angst and sad things just aren't my cup of tea in a story but I still greatly enjoyed your story because of the sheer amount of meaning behind it. With a story like that the right ending couldn't possibly be and overwhelmingly happy one. You did a fantastic job as a writer and all the disappointed folks need to step back and consider that.

Personally, I’m fine. I didn’t expect for everyone to understand without a little bit of an explanation. And yeah, if it isn’t your cup of tea, that’s fine! Thank you though, that means a lot. This story really took a lot out of me and it’s great to see readers who understand the underlying meaning.
