I had an audition today that I was ‘initially’ super nervous about. This move to Denver has been an invigorating, yet humbling experience. I’m auditioning WAY more than I ever did before. I’m putting myself in uncomfortable places and challenging myself to grow now, more than ever. . It’s been hard. It’s been challenging, and I’ve had some ups and downs, but also a LOT of successes. So today, I decided to change my whole perspective: instead of HOPING that I’d get the part, or having anxiety about putting myself out there, I decided to do one very important thing: TRUST MYSELF. . I decided to trust my craft, trust my experience, and trust that I’m exactly where I want to be. I ALSO decided to go in with NO expectations about how the audition went. Because, win or lose? I’m on this journey to LEARN, to grow and, ultimately, to become a better actor/musician. . And you know what happened? The audition went way smoother for me than any other one I’ve ever done! 🤗 I have NO idea whether I got the part yet. But I’m just SO proud of myself for believing in ME, no matter what. . That said, I hope you do the same, Loved Ones. The next time you’re feeling unsure, or you’re about to take a huge leap of faith? Take a minute to breathe and TRUST YOURSELF. Believe that what is meant for you? Will be. And everything else? Is just another lesson for you to learn. 😌🙏🏽 . I am soooo grateful for this journey, and man oh man, I can’t wait to see what happens next. In the meantime, I’ll stay open, and keep pushing. I hope you will, too. 😉💋 . #RajdulariMusic #TrustYourself #BelieveinYou #JustDoIt #Gratitude
