surely this embroidery project, a craft notorious for taking ages and something ive never done before will be a quick and easy funtime enabling me to get on with my other gift plans. surely. why is it 2am.

#yeah i did not think this through #unfortunately the 30th of november is approximately ten years away from christmas day #then the clock strikes midnight and suddenly the trebuchet of time flings me straight into oncoming traffic #so far ive gone for 5 hours and got maybe 15% of the way #fortunately i am getting faster #had to forcibly put myself to bed bcause the obsession is at the beginning of its lifecycle so i have around a week max before it ebbs #embroider #embroidery

Gonna miss the MetroCard 😔 had a lot of good memories traveling with this card. Wish I kept the student MetroCards during my school years. Figured it was about time to embroider this in memory of the MetroCard.
