My favorite character from my favorite Madoka Magica/Magia Record scene! She’s here to liberate all of us!
To be honest I was fully convinced that it would be Ui Tamaki and I was prepared to wait until December to actually get Holy Mami. I was blown away and I can’t wait to pull her, I’ve actually managed to save up 14,000 gems (not a lot I know but it was the best I could do) and I’m praying to Godoka that I get her!
She seems like an incredibly powerful unit who it’s giving Oriko some competition. I initially thought she’d be a light-type or forest-type attacker, but dark-type was a fun surprise. She’s really has reached her breaking point and unleashed her full power. I was initially surprised that she wasn’t a limited character, given how powerful she is. But we’ve already had 3 limited summer units, so another limited unit following all that up probably wouldn’t have gone over well in the fandom.
Excited to see Embryo Eve’s 3D model and how her portrait looks. I hope we get to fight Holy Alina as well. I wish we got the opportunity to go against Uwasa Tsuruno as well.
And we’ve seen her fighting against a powered up yachiyo as a 3-D model so I really hope it’s a decently long sequence. CAN WE PLEASE GET A 3D CANDELORO/FLORENCE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Now I’m going to attempt to predict the Gacha lineup for the rest of the year, let’s see how right I am by February lmao. First off- we usually get like 2-sometimes 3 units per month so that’s going to be the basis for this theory.
September:
Ui Tamaki- They already have her model (as seen in promotion) and she comes back at the end ofArc 1 of Magia Record. Seems like a perfect match given that we’re getting the final labyrinth for Magia Record. I’m guessing she’ll be a Light-Buffer.
Mifuyu Azusa- They announced a portrait *I think* with the next labyrinth and obviously she plays a pretty important role. It would be an amazing way to round out the Wings of the Magic’s before Arc 2. Dark-Breaker is my guess.
Uwasa Tsuruno- Another character that appears at the end of Magia Record. A cool character that, if they want to, could appear as another unit this month. I’m gunna go with a Forest-Buffer.
October:
Devil Homura- I believe that Rebellion will be announced during the Magia Day 2025 Half Anniversary. Rebellion could/should take up the entire month and have it be a huge event for the game. They teased her model along with Nagisa so I’m certain we’ll get her before the end of the year, and October seems like the perfectly spooky month for Devil Homura. Dark-Debuffer (Limited Character)
Nagisa Momoe- Mostly the same reasoning as Devil Homura. Dark-Breaker seems likely to me.
November:
Nagisa Momoe (Scene 0)- We also know that Part 2 of Scene 0 will be released this year and they’ll need a character to promote with this. An easy recolor that I would unironically love to get given they we missed out during the Magia Record days. Void-Healer.
Koito Asako- She was leaked a few months back and we all kinda assumed she’d be released alongside Doppel-Iroha. She’s weirdly missing so I’m gunna just throw her in here as a fun final character before December. Water-Buffer.
December:
Holy Alina- She’ll probably show up at the end of the Embyro Eve Labyrinth so she seems like a no brainer for Christmas time. A Forest-Attacker works perfectly and gives her great synergy with Nemu. She’ll probably be a Limited unit as well.
February:
Madoka & Homura (Walpurgisnacht Rising)- Once February hits I think we’ll be getting a lot of Walpurgisnacht Rising merch, News, and collaborations between the game and movie. I could see them running a banner with the 2 of them in the new Magical Girls outfits once the movie I released. I think they’ll both be Light/Dark units but without context I can’t theorize anymore than that.

Can we take this moment to recognize how great of a track "Reunion" is??? Literally just through the notes and instruments and vocals does it give off this huge, crushing weight of despair. There is no hope left and you're at the very end, facing something so much bigger than this world.... The feelings are tangible.
