Worked on some Death Company for the Emerald Wings. They're mostly done, though I might do some more touching up at a later date (like eye lenses).

They're white mainly because it will stand out more next to my dark green battle line. But fun fact: In Japanese culture (a major source of inspiration for my chapter), white is often associated with both purity and death (depending on the context), so it fits pretty well.

SHIP-TEMBER DAY 8: Teaching them your favorite hobby

• Adrian is an artist. Kendra knew that almost from the moment they met. He loves it with every fiber of his being. Writing, music, sculpting... He simply loves art. He loves making it, loves learning about it, and he overall loves teaching it.

• Sometimes, when they're bored, Adrian plays something for her on his piano, and he's been teaching her how to play herself.

• He teaches her how to read music sheets, how to properly place her hands, and slowly she becomes able to play a piece. She can't learn them as quickly as he does, but they can play together a bit

• One day they spend the whole afternoon learning the duet from Corpse's Bride, and once they make it he's smiling so bright, and kisses her so well, Kendra decides she's gonna keep learning on her own.

• Horror is another thing Adrian loves.

• Kendra might be the expert about silent movies but Adrian is the horror buff

• More often times than not, their movie nights get divided between a classical movie and a horror movie. Specially slashers

• Friday the 13th, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, he's shown them all to her. She doesn't exactly love them, not as much as he does, but she's learned to enjoy them

• Now she's also using horror references when talking to the JSA and Carter's confused look is everything to her.

• Kendra might be amazing with melee weapons, but she's never been one for ranged. So, when one day Adrian mentions he goes to an archery club whenever he has time, it doesn't take him to convince her to tag along

• She has a starting proficiency from some of her past lives, so they manage to get to the point where they often share a target.

• She asks Carter for a bow and some arrows and Adrian constructs one with his ring to be able to practice at home too.

• He also shows her competitive archery.

• They watch all the championships, he explains her the different teams, his favorite archers, and they playfully argue whenever the Mexican team faces off the American team or the Cuban team if they're watching Panamerican.

ME TOO NONYMO, ME TOO.Sadly it doesn't exist (publicly) quite yet. Tumblr user Rudywolfe I believe has started a fic and it sounds rockin' though I don't know when I'll be up. hopefully in a few months~?AND MY DEAR FRIEND RISEOFTHEFALLENONE (who writes Out of the Deep) HAS PLANS TO WRITE THE FIC FOR EMERALD WINGS THAT I WOULD WRITE IF I COULD WRITE. I've shown her my plot outline an everything but she's got stuff on her plate for now so that won't happen for a while yet. BUT THERE WILL BE FIC. eventually.

Until then you'll just have to wait and wonder! :O
