Meditation time ✨ • I’ve really been trying to take some time each day to breathe and be present, letting go of all fears and anxieties, and just being. It’s sometimes hard to get into that state, but it is SO worth the time and effort, as I always leave the meditation feeling lighter in my heart and in my soul. • Fun fact: Oscar LOVES the crystals I use during meditation. His favorite is the one on his paw (quartz). I often place crystals around him, and he watches the light reflect off of them until he falls asleep, completely relaxed ✨ This peaceful creature is my life.
