6. Emily

Emily’s pose is a wreck. It’s like she was caught in between shots, her arms are too stiff and she dramatically shortened herself with the awkward half-squat and the foot propped on the staircase. Thankfully her face prevents this from being a total mess. She’s so stunning and the soft melancholy gaze is fitting for Rapunzel (and that hair color actually suits her nicely). I wasn’t at all upset with Emily’s exit since she was near the bottom of the overall pecking order, but this picture isn’t immediately boot worthy and I would’ve been fine if she had gotten one more chance (only over Saffron though).

9. Emily

Emily has one of the more unique shots in the bunch, it’s almost like a candid/behind the scenes moment. Other than some strain in her neck area her shy/reserved body language doesn’t come off as uncomfortable at all since she sold it with her face. Her adorable smile is really genuine (as if she’s laughing in response to the photographer telling a joke) and she’s perfectly caught up in the moment. Emily delivered a nice shot, but her bottom 2 placement was understandable when weighing her performance against the rest of the pack.

5. Emily

This was a switcheroo for Emily since her pose is pretty spot on but her face has some issues. She elongated herself nicely and didn’t get overwhelmed by the dress, plus I love the fluidity of her body language (especially her elegantly raised arms). Her face is pretty zoned out and lifeless in the close-up, but at least she looks alright in the wide shot. It’s nothing groundbreaking but it’s one of the better entries of the week.

10. Emily

Nothing about Emily’s pose works for me. Kneeling down in front of the male model like that is awkward, her feet are at bizarre angles, and having both arms lifted tightly against her face and chest is too clunky and crowded. She avoided my bottom 2 because of her face; her eyes are so gorgeous and there’s a breathlessness to her expression that I really like (though I hate the wig). As a whole it’s Emily’s weakest showing so far.

5. Emily

Emily’s face is spectacular in this photo! She’s really gorgeous straight on (also love the shade of lipstick they gave her) and her icily stoic stare is so badass. I like how she twisted her torso towards the camera and crossed one leg over the other to put focus on the shoe, but I get a slight sense of discomfort from her shoulder posture and the clenched hand on her thigh. Those flaws are minor though, Emily excelled overall!

7. Emily

Emily did a decent job of working the jacket and I like the somewhat bizarre way she folded her hands between her legs. She needed to commit to looking at or away from the camera since she’s sort of in the middle, but at least her face is gorgeous and she put some intensity behind her eyes. All in all it’s a pretty solid shot of Emily.
