I recently was listening to an old album from Carly Rae Jepsen (you heard her in these bops: Call Me Maybe and Good Time back in 2012) called Kiss. One of the songs, I Know You Have A Girlfriend, is about a guy clearly attracted to a girl but he already has a girlfriend and the lyrics just fit so perfectly what I would imagine would happen between Jameson and Avery if Emily was still alive and "dating" Jameson.
