Biography–

Emma was born in Muggle London. Her parents neither had magical blood in their system. Until she was eleven, nobody had thought that she would even could do a card trick. She had never been interested in that. She had been interested in books and writing. Ever since the girl was little, she could be found with her nose in books and even in elementary school, she wrote little stories. They didn’t made sense back then, but it was already starting by then. Her dream to become a famous writer in the Muggleworld. But then the letter of Hogwarts came. An explanation why sometimes things seemed to disappear. Never had she doubted those moments, she often thought she had just forgotten where she had left the item she suddenly lost. But the letter explained a lot. It was a lot to accept, not only for her but also for her parents and for her older brother of then fourteen years old. Questions raised. Why didn’t her brother have magical powers?

Slowly they came to the acceptance that Emma was a witch and the family decided that the girl would go to Hogwarts. Books were bought, not only the ones necessary for their first year but as well a book full of history about the magical world. Even before she went to Hogwarts, she had learned a lot about the world she was about to enter.

Emma was sorted in Hufflepuff and she managed the years easily. She was often with the top students in her year, she joined Charms Club and she kept writing. Only her stories were changing. It didn’t take place in the Muggle world anymore, the stories were changing to the magical world she had entered. Whenever you could find Emma, you could find a note block and a pen or a quill.

Each year Emma would come back with stories about her school, but also about Lord Voldemort. Right before her fourth year, they decided that she wouldn’t go back to Hogwarts. It didn’t matter how much she would whine, but they wouldn’t let her go. It wasn’t until her brother actually talked to her before she could accept it. The 20 year old didn’t want his little sister in trouble. So she was send to her grandfather in Greece. She stayed there for the entire year, writing and trying to listen to the news back in England. After the war Emma went back to Hogwarts. She would’ve started her fourth year before the war, so that was the year that she was going to do now. Being a year older than all the others and many of her friends being in the fifth or the sixth year, made her focus on school even more. Her spare time she has spend in the library most of the time. She finished her school, knowing that she was going to want to write books in the future. But she knew that it wasn’t going to happen easily, so she stuck to the one thing she was sure of. She was going to do something with writing, so journalism it was.

Personality–

Emma has always been the stereotypical Ravenclaw. So it was a bit of a surprise for her that she was sorted into Hufflepuff. Possibly because in the end she is a big softy. The fact that she knows a lot, that often shows. It was worse when she was younger, but she can sometimes still be called a know-it-all. It has bothered her, but she has learned that it shouldn’t. She is curious, she always wants to learn something and she wants to get to the bottom of a story. She loves to read and to write and she has a large imagination, if it comes to writing. She is proud of her house. She has learned that she can be proud of the fact that she is a Muggleborn and of her parents, she shouldn’t be scared because of it.

If we look at the things that are not good about Emma… On place number one it is that she can get jealous very easily. Mostly about property or the people closest to her. Things she would love to have herself. She can be very naïve and mostly in the sense that she likes to believe in the best trait possible in the other person. Even when it is so clear that people are just bad. Flirting is something she is very awkward in and she often can’t see it when someone is flirting with her.

To be quite frank, I’m dying for a bit of forbidden love over here. A muggle-born with a Death Eater, A equalizer with a blood purist questioning their ways , for Merlin’s sake someone give me an LGBT couple please and thank you. Do you see where I’m going here?
