WARNING: LONG RANT

Hey beautiful people (or anyone that's left), it's been a while since I last came on here, and I can only blame the University stress I've been enduring, both physically and emotionally, as well as the constant power outage in my part of Africa; all in all, being an adult low-key sucks. But here I am, giving y'all an update on what's been going on with me.

Good news through is that I'll be done with the university in a couple of years, so I'm semi free to post from time to time. Like, it will be very inconsistent and I'm sorry for that, I'll be trying my best and all I need is your love and support. I hope you understand and can bear with me, and I love you guys very much.

I explain "no because my grandfather is in hospital" and she has the nerve to turn around and say that's too bad you should've done the work. I try to reason with her explaining that he is 72 and has heart problems and we are worried about him. nope should've done the work. ISTG IM STRESSED OUT AND THE TEACHER ISNT REASONING WITH ME :C

I haven't told my teacher bc its none of her business but my friend is on the verge of suic1d3 and I'm tryna stop him so that's another reason I'm stressed and I am struggling Atm.

I would be so sad for not making alot of friends online to make up for my lack of friends in real life. Then remember I literally miss out opportunities of making one on purpose, so I'm the cause of my own loneliness. The other week I had the chance to make art mutuals with someone but I made up an excuse that I can't because "my mom doesn't allow it." But like, I guessed they'll get bored of me quickly because most of the people I met doesn't share the same interests as me, and my interests are some medias that almost nobody knows or enjoy. It's sooo hard, soooooooo hard to keep and make friends. I'm also not the kind of person to talk first, I have to be happy in my own company.

Looks like I'm missing out on seeing Iron and Wine tonight. All my friends are busy and I sadly couldn't find a date to bring. I'm thinking about possibly going alone but going to concerts solo can be such a hit or miss thing for me personally. I guess I'll just stay at home chain smoking blunts and taking dabs. Alright I'm done complaining now lol

How do I explain that I’m not ready to give up on us. It’s been rocky lately I admit. But I don’t understand how you can be ready to throw in the towel after everything we’ve been through together. Because I’m not, and you may not be ready now but I’ll wait for you to come around. God even if I have to wait a lifetime the moment you say you’re ready I’ll be there. That’s a promise.

Why am I alive again

Ever since I was 13 all I wanted was a little sanctuary away from the world where I had some control over things and life was peaceful. Ideally I’d love to save the world, but that’s just not realistic for any one person to do and I can’t stand to make a bunch of small changes instead of big ones. I’m just... really tired of having to go through the standard process of being in the world only to abandon it all, and tired of people (including my friends) telling me I can’t do it, that I have to adapt and be in society rather than escape. I’VE NEVER FIT IN. I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A HERMIT AND ONE DAY I WILL DO IT. It’s not impossible, stop asking “where will you get food? you’ll have to hunt” (hi have you heard of farming it’s not a new concept) and “you can’t be a hermit, you’ll freeze to death” (because obviously you can’t have a house unless you’re a social person). It’s been over four years, I don’t think this is just a phase... my mom supports me but she is the only one.
