This is how we roll: When your child has a goose egg of a quarter and you watch "Guess how much I love you" with him because you can't say no. 😢 while your kitchen looks like my 3rd picture. 😬 But it's all good. I saw this graphic today and loved the message. Children can be challenging, but most of the time they just want to be heard - much like adults. Taking the time to help them name their emotions will bring understanding to the parent and control to the child.
