#challengeday number 1 COMPLETE! Oh man, I'm not sure how I managed to survive this but DAMN IT I DID! Shout out to my bud, @macroadjustment_majeh, for starting this thing off! I hate you right now but after a shower and an IV of protein shakes I'll love you again. Now about this gods awful monstrosity we did today! I started like Majeh did and knocked out a mile run. Wasn't bad, I could have gone more but looking back, I'm glad I didn't. I could do my jumps during the burpees due to pushing myself a bit during the run and jumping lunges. My legs were dead super quickly. (Means I gotta train them better!) The Jumping Lunges weren't that bad, but the Pulls Ups and Push Presses were stupid tough. I had to start doing negetive Pull Ups around 25 pull ups. As for the Push Presses, I'd say Majeh took that area with his 95lbs. Schooled me in that area. I'm not yet strong enough to do those with good that much weight and good form. Hip Extensions were the easiest but no doubt contributed to my inability to jump with my burpees. Instead I did what I could to knock them out as fast as I could with good form. Finished much more quickly than I figured I would. Next Challenge Day will be my call.
