I don't know if this helps, but Philip (Hilary's husband) has been friends with Misha for a very long time. He was pretty involved in Gish when it started, and I think he was the one who filmed the first couple of episodes of Cooking Fast and Fresh with West... so I would've assumed Misha met Hilary through him... But Hilary said that Vicky (Misha's wife) set her and Philip up for a blind date, so they must've known each other before :))))
yeah the article i read mentioned that philip is:
