currently watching ‘pulang araw’ rn and I’m so glad this was released, so many filipinos have been ignorant with our history and the wars we’ve gone through especially in WW2 and it’s saddening to see but this series is such a trace back to our past

Watching this series felt like a love letter to the philippines, a message full of grief and suffering, but also a lesson of love and hope. Man i love this series 🥹🫶🫶
