Anyway the important details from the comics are:

That is a whole-ass Caesar Guzman. Look at his ascot. Look at his entitlement.

Carlos Cruz (mentioned exactly once in Prophet, probably Lora's brother and thus Caesar's eventual brother-in-law, father of a boy Mirabel is going to date) and Pia Valencia (her traits are "pretty" and "social" also she and Felix dated).

Ramona Perez (Dulcelina Ortiz's partner gal pal wife, seamstress, capitalist, future council member).
