Ok so I’ve been cooking up a storm, don’t know why as it’s only the two of us . We had a zoom dinner tonight with my parents, siblings, our children and families. ….next best thing to seeing them in person. Well I made this flambé chicken marinated with a dry rub, roasted and then set on fire 🔥 Cooked up endive and dressed it with salt, lemon and olive oil. For dessert an apple crumble pie. Yep I think I’m ready for bed now.
