Just how do you relate the violin to Sherlock's lack of virginity or possible awareness of his own sexuality? I just couldn't find d the sexual part of it, thought it was more of an understanding and acceptance of how he would not leave her

When Sherlock first plays his own composition for Eurus, she interrupts him, surprised, and says: “Oh! Have you had sex?”

Either this is just a non sequitur, or listening to Sherlock play just a couple of notes gives her new information about him. The “Oh!” suggests it’s new information that has surprised her.

Eurus has spent a fair bit of time with Sherlock, and she is a Holmes, the Ur Holmes, in a way. She is able to deduce better than either of her brothers. She spends a night walking around London with Sherlock, and while he thinks he is keeping a suicidal Faith company on a “danger night”, in fact Eurus is discovering all kinds of things about him. She finds him to be sweet, and much nicer than she expects him to be. I can’t imagine there is much she doesn’t know about Sherlock at that point.

When Sherlock comes to Sherrinford and plays her violin, her first reaction is surprise. “Oh!” Not that he can play; she knows he can play. “Oh!” suggests she’s deduced something new. “Have you had sex?” suggests that she has deduced, somehow, that he has.

Sherlock, in keeping with the firm ambiguity of the entire series, neither confirms nor denies it.

Yes!! I agree! Btw rusame is otp it would be fate xd and yes! Do that I may or may not write a bit to get the feel in a nation au tbh

It's my OTP for each of them too o3o I like the idea of them having a particularly special bond as the only inter-cluster pair (although Francis and Arthur frequently skirt around it).

Feel free if you want to! I definitely don't have a monopoly on hetalia8 ideas. I'd like seeing what other people come up with!

I was and am a fr//uk shipper then started seeing rus//ame art and fell in love. Never will trade them and it's been years... I am devoted to their love xD I have guilty ships tho...like rus//eng, ger//fra... But they will never come I. The way of my babies! Their love is pure and endless!

Ahh I feel you Danie! Tbh after finished reading all hetalia comic strips and watched all of its anime, I was assuming the most favorite pairing in the fandom would be Ger//Ita / Fr//UK (boy how disappointed I was to be wrong, but at least both Ger//Ita and Fr//UK are still major hetalia ships) since their dynamic is very entertaining (and they have lots of screentime to boot).

Tbh maybe if I never found TCE and read other amazing Rus//Ame fanfics, Fr//UK would be my OTP right now (but it’s still my 2nd OTP and my fave pairing to side with Rus//Ame, haha).

I also found Rus//Eng and Ger//Fra to be appealing and yeah same, I don’t think there’ll be other hetalia pairing that can beat Rus//Ame in my heart :’)

Talk rusame to me that i am feeling like crap

Ahh actually I don’t really have many headcanon for them but lemme think of somee

My Headcanon for them (or more like how my brain works to see hetalia to fit my OTP glasses):

- Being a helpless RusAme fan I am, I headcanon that the only person they really fell in love is each other. Like they’ve seen each other at their best and their worst, and felt like nobody else could understand them better than each other. They may have other relationships too with other nations, but no one else could make them fall in love like how they used to be in the past.

- So like, I always read canon hetalia comic strips where they’re hostile / passive aggressive with each other, as a defensive mechanism for them to lie to themselves that they dislike each other. Because yeah let’s face it, most of their bosses aren’t very keen with each other ever since Cold War, and that’s why the passive aggressive acts are helping them to dislike each other like their bosses do.

- But no matter what, the nostalgia of their warm relationship they had, and how their personality contrasted, makes them still attracted to each other. Like, that Paint it White movie where Alfred immediately went to Ivan after Japan is reluctant to be his sidekick. Like won’t Canada/England/France would be the logical choice for him after Japan instead of Ivan, his rival? I’d like to see him choosing Japan first, totally expecting him to reject him, so when he chose Ivan next, it won’t be very transparent that he wants to choose Ivan from the start. Like a camouflage sort of thing, haha.

- When interacting with each other after cold war, they’re always careful to slip in the “passsive aggresive bits” so to not make their true feelings shown. Like that comic strip where France found them chatting and eating happily together, but when France greeted them, Ivan spouted lines like he wants to break America’s glasses etc. I’d love to see it as his self defense to justify why he’s willingly spending his time chatting and eating with his rival.

- Also that Busby chair episode? Of course I saw it as Ivan intentionally sat on the chair multiple times to prevent Alfred from sitting on it and so spared him from death/damage that Arthur intentionally hope to inflict on him.

- That episode where Alfred points to Ivan that he’s bad guy and always kiss people on first meeting? My RusAme glasses sees it as Alfred’s jealousy to see Ivan does the kissing to everyone and not just to him :)))

I know some/all of them could be considered far reaching but hey, it’s canon both of them is a great actor behind their cheerful faces, so it’s very probable what they do is not what their heart tells them to do hha.
