People who don’t have endometriosis don’t understand what the pain causes. I had to leave school after only being there for an hour because I passed out and couldn’t stop getting sick from the pain. I was almost unable to leave school because I could barely walk. It’s more than just a bad period.

Yesterday- 26/04/2020

I revised some super simple mathematics for 6 hours, just as a refresh. I drank 1.5L (a challenge for me!) and also ate fairly healthy. Today I had an endo flare so I didn't study :( I feel dissapointed in myself as I struggle to be productive when I have flares and it happens so often. Oh well... I guess I'll just keep going. I shall not forget the progress I have made with my mental health from last year tho ♡

You gotta ignore what people are gonna day and what people are going to think and just do whatever it is you need to do to take care of yourself.

I just stayed in bed till 11:30 cause I’m in pain and needed my heating pad and I know my moms boyfriend is gonna have something to say about it but I don’t care. I gotta take care of myself.

Have you noticed your pain/fatigue getting so so much worse when you’re ovulating?

I’m having an awful time (mostly cramping that’s reminding me of my period) and just was wondering if anyone had any advice

For anyone wondering, I was up until three A.M. because of painsomnia. Then I woke up several times and had to fall back asleep. Then I finally woke up for the day at 8. I now have 45 minutes to make myself presentable for my husband's dentist appointment. Ughhhh. I'm dragging so hard this morning.
