if they're not diametrically opposed to each other's motivations, are they even proper enemies?

AFO would miss Toshinori, although only in a deranged way; he couldn't help but keep on comparing every hero he fought in the finale of the series to All Might in his prime (and finding them lacking)

a friend sent me this enemies meme template and i had to put my kids in it... season 1 version, since that's when they've got the biggest 'enemy' vibes
