Thinking about Albert and Martin getting each other birthday gifts. They probably missed Albert's first birthday together bc he didn't carr enough to bring it up and Martin just didn't know. Albert would get Martin a bunch of stuff for hair and skincare, also vinyl records and books. Maybe some sweets w strawberry. Martin would get him something woolen, like a scarf, and some videogame cds and cartridges plus some nice bonus stuff like maybe a special edition version of some game. Also he'd make food. Maybe bake a cake or at least try, he's not as good at baking as he is at cooking everything else. He'd also probably get him some books bc Albert said he wants to start reading again. Maybe even just his own copies of books they already have, like Night Watch or something

CAN SOMEONE ATTACK ME SPIRITUALLY JUST BY THINKING ABOUT ME ON THEIR MIND

The base of spirituality is love, helping and oneness with God and so there is no space for hate, jealousy and attacking others.

In spiritualism one attends the power not in one year but after many many years of sadhana / disciplined dedication and devotion.

During their practice they are firstly taught to attend control over their panch indras ( 5 sensory organs like eye, ear, skin, longue and nose ) and their functions and then thoughts like moha / greed, maya / illusion, ghrena / hate, kam / sex, krodh / anger etc.

So one can now understand that a person to attend the spiritual power has to become neutral first and have all kind of detachments of the material world.

Once an individual attend that stage, then he only have love for people and helping for humanity with him and so even thru his spiritual power he can harm a person will not do it as his concious will restrict him to do so even if he has to lay down his life and this is call spiritualism.

Coming back to the root question, when someone attach by thinking, he actually attacks the chakras / energy points of the body. The thinking is in kind of manasik mantra chanted inside mind.

These mantras works in subtle / sukshma level and can travel faster than light.

But again people with such power will not do it as they will go against the Siddhant / principle given by their Gurus.

So a technically Yes answer can not happen because people of such power won’t do.
