Message from the Arcturians: It's Time To Get Ready

“There is an energy that is amongst us right now.  This energy has a lot to show us and teach us.  This energy is what is needed for us to advance to the next level, to go to the next dimension. This energy is bringing with it the lessons and knowledge that we need to know in order to be able to create this new reality.

People around the world are feeling this energetic shift. People are wondering what this energetic shift means and what it is that they need to do as a result of it. Right now is the time to go inward, to connect to your Higher Self, your Spirit Guides, the Universe or whatever you call God. Get real close to them because you are going to need them in this time in this time that is coming. There are a lot of energetic shifts. There are a lot of changes that are happening and they are not going to be for the faint of heart.  If you were sent to this planet as a Lightworker, a healer, an energy worker, you are feeling this energetic shift right now so it is important that you get grounded in your sense of self, your Spirit Team, and your intuition to help you and guide you through this period and time. This is going to be very important because you are going to need discernment because things are going to look like things they are not.  People are going to look like people they are not.  Because of this you need to be tapped in enough to know the difference.  So right now is the time to get strong and grounded in your belief system, in your knowledge of self, and in your Spirit Team.”

This morning I had a huge energetic shift or attunement or empowerment...idfk what to call this that happened with these 4 gods, but whatever it did amplified my energy so much if I get within 5feet of any of the speakers at work they start fritzing like there is feedback going on. So the whole time I'm in my room the music is going in and out, same thing with walking down the hallway. So on top of my atmospheric pressure headache from today's storm, I have feedback noise headache too (something I haven't had since my sound tech assistant days in highschool).

This also came on the heels of off and on shifts in my energy system that have been happening for, roughly, the last 2 weeks.

The Cosmic Glow-Up: Why Healing Looks Like Stardust

People love to say the person who glows up the hardest after a breakup is usually the one who went through the most. And honestly? The universe has been whispering that in my ear, too. Because when you finally leave a situation that was draining your life-force like a dying start, something in your orbit shifts. Your aura stops flickering. Your soul Wi-Fi reconnects. Your cosmic battery stops screaming for low-power mode.

It's wild how fast the universe responds when you remove yourself from a place you were never meant to shrink for. Suddenly you're reclaiming your energy like overdue taxes. Your confidence starts respawning. Your peace strolls back in like, "hey bestie, miss me?"

People call it a "glow up", but let's be honest - half the time it's just someone finally healing after carrying emotional weight that wasn't even theirs. Like, "Oh, this wasn't my karmic luggage? Why was I dragging this through multiple lifetimes like a celestial bellhop?"

When you put down what was never yours, your whole frequency changes.

Your face softens. Your shoulders drop. Your thoughts stop sounding like a group chat with 47 open tabs. Your spirit stops filing HR complaints.

And people notice! Not because you suddenly became a new person, but because you're no longer being gravitationally tethered to a situation that dimmed your entire star system. You're not orbiting chaos anymore, you're orbiting yourself. And that's when the glow hits different.

The funny thing is, the glow up isn't revenge. It's not even petty. IT's not the "I'll show them" montage people imagine. It's quieter. Softer. More cosmic. It's the natural result of choosing yourself again, and the universe going, "Finally, I've been waiting to upgrade your software."

Healing has a look. A vibe. A gravitational pull.

It's the moment your stardust starts sparkling differently. The moment your energy stops leaking. The moment you realize you were never the problem, you were just in the wrong galaxy.

Anyone who's been through it knows exactly what that cosmic recalibration feels like. It's the kind of transformation that doesn't need an announcement. It just radiates. It just is.

And if you're in that space right now - stepping out of something heavy, confusing, or draining - don't be surprised when your glow hits like a supernova. That's not vanity. That's not revenge. That's not coincidence.
