I am right with men. Most of my friends irl are men or transmasc enbies, I've always been right with men. But the people peddling "transandrophobia" to you want you to think that I'm an evil baeddel trans inclusive radical feminist who hates all men but specifically trans men. Please believe me when I say, I do not.

The post I assume you're responding to is a satirization of a very real disconnect I've seen between what trans feminists are talking about and want to see change, and what the "transandrophobia" people say they are talking about and want.

This anon, and the person who wrote it are on the other side of the disconnect. I laid out what I as a trans feminist want in that post, but I'll go through it here too. I want people who aren't transfem to recognize transmisogyny as a real intersection of oppression, I want people to realize that they are capable of acting transmisogynistically and to try to avoid that, I want to be able to discuss the topic openly, and I want people to acknowledge that transfems categorically have it worse in both general public, and queer settings.

As a response to these desires, every word in the dictionary except the ones I said in the order I said them are routinely shoved down my throat by people who believe in "transandrophobia." Every single thing I wrote in the "transmisogynist" section was something I have seen written by the "transandrophobia" crowd in response to my or another trans feminist's posting about the topic.

And here you are dear anon, the clock continues to work. You assume that I hate men, trans men specifically. Not once in that post do I critique trans men. That post was a complaint about a consistent pattern to transmisogynists, of which many are trans men, but enough are trans women, and most are cis, that assuming they're all trans men would be inane.

I don't use the drive thru line at the bank because I have Tyrannosaurus Rex arms and can't reach the drawer. But now I have to use the drive thru because of social distancing. I was waiting in line with six other cars. I'm the only one who turned off their engine while waiting. Reduce CO2 and protect the lungs of those around you by turning off the engine while waiting in line at the drive thru.

I’m so sorry you can’t marry. But you’re very correct, true marriage equality cannot happen until poly marriage is legalized. There needs to be no financial incentive or benefit to marriage. Also, anyone should be allowed to divorce their spouse for any reason they pick, or even if they don’t have a reason. It’s fucked up.
