Don't wait till the deadline. Trust me — this is one opportunity you don’t want to sleep on.
"My name is Edelrin Highgrove! I've been a part of the company for a few days now but I'm excited to get to work!
My first assignment is out in Tinkertown! I have no idea what it will entail, nor what to expect being a member of the Stank Industries team! I can't wait to meet everyone-- Oh? I'm not supposed to talk about my involvement?
And I refer to myself as employee #00135... got it... Okay! One day I'll earn my name then!"
Well! I've gotten most of the classic recipes now! It's time for this author to set their sights higher!
That being said, I'm gonna start adding content related to this character here on this blog. So expect to see some screenshots, art, and otherwise of Employee #000135!
So far, I'm not having much luck within the confines of the challenge regarding soloing dungeons. Being a hunter is making this quite difficult. I've asked for help from several different experts on the class itself and still find the crawl to be...
Beyond rough...
Part of the problem lies with the fact that mechanical pets can only be Cunning pets despite many of them being different creatures (like A-Me 2). I'm still trying to figure my way around this issue, if there even *is* a solution...
But I recently joined the Zone Locked community and so far, it's fairly friendly. A few offered to help me out, give me pointers, and run the dungeon with me. If I can get help consistently, then perhaps that's just the route I go.
But what happens when I get to later expansions? Who knows!
I can always revise the confines of the challenge to make the impossible... possible. Why not, right?
I got to level 30 by gathering around and exploring different regions as needed to level engineering. I stopped my leveling and then my journey first took me all around Hillsbrad, then to Feralas, and finally landed me in Searing Gorge.
I'm realizing that soloing these dungeons is gonna be a little tricky as a Hunter...
So far, very few trinkets have dropped from quests and the ones I do find aren't all that helpful. I did get an epic necklace from the Thorium Brotherhood.... Maybe I could write a story about that.
But there was so much Mithril in Searing Gorge that, by the end of the quest, I was able to power all the way to 250 engineering. It's wild what a little side-tracking can do.
After that, I realized I get to go back to an old mysterious zone I've always weirdly enjoyed: Silithus. I mined enough Thorium to dream about it but it still wasn't enough to get me to 300. A little disappointing but I need to quest around in that den of evil anyway.
So after I get to 30, the next step is figuring out what I can do to solo easier. My pet can only take so much. But there's GOT to be a way to do it.
