Another 3 miles in the books and strong 3 miles at that. Due to work and other obligations #running in the daylight is becoming harder to do. Running at night seems to be a thing for the future. It was rather cool out tonight so slipped on an old favorite race day shirt. I don't know how I managed to keep this one this long but it's one of my favorites. This was my 3rd half marathon shirt (10 gears ago). They don't even have the Mardi Grad marathon anymore. It's the RocknRoll now. It feels amazing being able to run consistently again. Over the next month I will working on building my mileage back up. I'm a long way from being in peak condition however, soon enough I will be there.
