El regidor de Cultura Festiva, Pere Fuset, va suspendre ahir l’elaboració de la polèmica enquesta realitzada als fallers després de les crítiques rebudes per la politització amb preguntes referides a les seues preferències ideològiques i religioses, entre altres. Recentment Youtube ha estrenat una novetat rellevant en l’àmbit de la investigació de mercats: enquestes als vídeos.

Les enquestes de Youtube funcionen com una targeta desplegable, on l’usuari pot escollir la resposta que més li escaigui entre les proposades. A través d’aquest sistema, una marca pot saber quin de tots els models de sabates presentades al vídeo és el que més agrada a un nombre determinat de gent, quin gelat llançar al mercat, quins aspectes preocupen més sobre una temàtica en concret… Les possibilitats són infinites i permet fer partícips als clients en la presa de decisions de l’empresa. Recientemente Youtube ha estrenado una novedad relevante en el ámbito de la investigación de mercados: encuestas en los vídeos.

Las encuestas de Youtube funcionan como una tarjeta desplegable, donde el usuario puede escoger la respuesta que más le encaje entre las propuestas. A través de este sistema, una marca puede saber cuál de todos los modelos de zapatos presentados en el vídeo es el que más gusta a un número determinado de gente, qué helado lanzar al mercado, qué aspectos preocupan más sobre una temática concreta… Las posibilidades son infinitas y permite hacer partícipes a los clientes en la toma de decisiones de la empresa. Un sistema muy interesante, ¿verdad? ;)
