Some of you will know my programme doesn’t give a shit what day of the week it is and that I take rest days if/when needed. I mean if you stick 100% to an exact programme on your “scheduled rest day” you might not actually need it and on “international chest day” your pecs might be fatigued and you would benefit from a back day instead! So here’s what I am setting myself to now - I don’t want a programme I want a workout. 👌. . Every time I enter the gym, I decide what workout that will be based on some overarching principals and what my body says. Then - #EnterTheBeast 💯. .
