You know you're a shitty person in that moment, in making that decision, but you also know everyone involved is gonna make it out okay and you can't find it in yourself to back out or try to smooth things over
You just have to-
Let the ocean whip up around you, knowing it will settle, knowing some of the ships will sink in the storm but also knowing everyone's gonna survive it
And that you're just not gonna do anything to keep it from coming
And knowing you can't cry out in pain when it hits, because you brought on this natural disaster, now you have to experience it
That's hard
