Background for like a 26-30 frame animation
Plymouth Beach Clean
As part of our new course I took part in a small project to help Plymouth and the environment by doing a beach clean. This involved wearing rubber gloves, having a bin bag, a note pad & pen and collecting lots of rubbish. We would go down the list and tally whichever item we and put it into its categories and tally them up.
Unsurprisingly, from counting the results, the most tallied item was cigarette butts and food wrappers. We collected lots of other random objects like batteries, and screws and nappies. I enjoyed the beach clean because I felt some sense of responsibility. It is everyone’s job to look after the streets and beaches and city’s to not litter and pick up rubbish if they see it. However not everyone does this unfortunately. Even though it wasn’t my litter I was still happy to help the city and the environment by collecting rubbish and making Plymouth a tidy, respected place again.

I’m sick to death with the amount of chemicals in cleaning products. I thought I would try a product called Method. There products are not tested on animals, the bottles they use are made from old bottles and their Nontoxic cleaners are also biodegradable.
