10 & 23 fr Eri's asks!! 💖
Ⳋ᧙ ⊹ Character/OC Asks.
10. Their most defining moment vs your favorite one of them 23. How connected do they feel to their community and society
10.1. Defining moment: Their most defining moment for me, I would say is definitely when they realize that no matter what Eri does, they'll never truly escape by just clinging to someone and hoping they'll keep them safe as long as Eri does whatever that person asks them to do. I think that's usually when they're at the breaking point and realizes that nothing will change unless they do something for themselves. But whether they break out of this cycle is really up to me :DD I just love seeing Eri in despair.
10.2. Favorite moment: My favorite moments are always whenever Eri becomes a mom in certain storylines with my friends' OCs? How quick they are to adapt to motherhood, how much their heart melts at the sight of their little ones and how much love they realize actually exists within them that they never realized before. Because they're constantly living in fight or flight mode, Eri never really realizes they're capable of genuine affection. Always believing that whatever form of affection they do display is disingenuous, because Eri is a horrible person, aren't they? Horrible people aren't capable of genuine feelings. Therefore none of the affection Eri holds is genuine. That is until Eri meets their little one and everything starts to feel a little bit easier and a little bit calmer. Honestly, having a baby is what'll fix whatever's wrong with Eri, I'm gonna be so fr.
23. How connected they feel... honestly not by much. Eri may have a kind and easygoing personality but they're actually more of a loner in a sense? Much preferring to be on their own and enjoying their time on their lonesome. They don't feel connected to people, and while gentle and kind - won't actually divulge too much about themselves. Keeping everyone at an arm's length. An Eri born into privilege and power would see everyone not within their 'rank' as low-born and little less than ants whereas an Eri born into struggle will see everyone as an asset to be used rather than a person to have genuine connection with. Looping back to answer in 10.2., it's exactly why having a child would fix Eri because that'd be their first genuine connection they're willing to make.
