I love how they don’t explicitly mention the US election, they just take lovely lowbrow hits at it.

And now the notebook coming to a head.
Its here what that we see Ben really simply laying out what he will sacrifice.
I also love that at the core of it, its not really about the content of the notebook, rateher about Sammy concern for Ben as a person and what hes giving up.
Well.... until he reads pg 10 then its about that lie.
“Who is Sammy Stevens?” It really stops the episode cold.
“2 Days after Emily was taken” I mean Ben was kinda out of it at the time.....
Ben does have a bit of a point about Sammy coming out of nowhere.
“Come On Man I Need You,” also the writing her and acting from Noah James is really on point over these lines. Ben really wants to say something that will make everything better but he can’t.
Sammy has that scary kind of anger, he doesn't raise his voice all that much but you can hear the edge in his voice as he reads the line. You can also really hear how much it hurts him and how much he values (Valued?) the friendship.
Ugh, a couple of KFam episodes have really devastating final minuets but this has always been right up there for me cause of the build up to it since episode 26 and what it means for Ben and Sammy.
