So I realize he's at his table, and start kinda freaking like, omg how much are autographs I can't read the sign, what will I even say to him. I finally decide to go up and buy the Showside issue #1 and he tears off the page he was just drawing on in his sketchbook and gives it to me. He just gave me a signed drawing of Puppycat, and said he used to draw for Bee and Puppycat so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I was smiling like crazy and thanked him up and down then walked away. I came back like two minutes later, remembering I wanted to buy issue #1 Welcome to Showside which he also signed. So it comes pretty close to time for his panel to start. We went into the panel room he was gonna be in and sat in the front because why not. He came in at like 4:50 (the panel started at 5) and we were the only ones in there. He said he didn't even know he was doing a panel until he got here. A few more people came in, and he said he didn't really have a plan, so if anybody had a question? And it was so fucking cool I basically just had an hour long conversation with him about the industry because I was there first. I had asked how to get in, and he just was talking about the ins and outs, skills you need, and was over all crazy encouraging and supportive, especially when I told him @xoxoblu and I both write and draw. I recorded almost all of it, I'll probably post it later if tumblr'll let me Holy shit that was surreal
