Day 4 of quarantine

Today was an awesome day .. Ben drank a whole shake!!!! Progress has been made!! I literally do a dance ... hence the rain 😂. His color has returned and he looks alot better. He is still in pain ... buuuut doctors changed his meds and he seems to be responding. Epic day!!

WAVE AFTER WAVE🌊😁🌊KAYAKING 11/07/20 HIGHLIGHTS👀. After great day morning n early afternoons fishing, took to the waves for a spot of kayaking🌊. Was a challenge getting in through the waves, but was a great feeling once got through to the otherside.. jus like in all life there comes challenges, but when we get through the rough patches theres moments of pure bliss💯😁🌊☀️🏖. So true👌 The saying goes.. "Life like a rollercoaster, full of ups and downs." 🎢 So true. One thing i like to think, is if you accept, expect and know the dips do come sometimes, you can better prepare for when those times come again. So i do my best pro-actively build up my mental tool kit to better prepare myself to deal with dramas when those times come.
