my therapist (who has a degree and a dog and is better than you) disagrees. anyway,

his dog is named mesmer and is a 7 month old puppy and is so tiny and small and i love him so much and i have been told that if i do therapy in person (its online bc covid, ofc) then he will bring his dog

my therapist has helped me so much with my trauma and i'm so thankful i found him. he acknowledges the existance of non-traumagenic systems and frequently asks me clarifying questions about our experience.

again, i will link this carrd if you would actually like to learn and not ridicule me. it has sources from people who went to college for this, and i would encourage you to look over it.

been talkin to our therapist abt nondisordered systems and hes been rlly swag and accepting and shit and its like. fuck yeah !! he understands our nondisordered plurality as well as our disordered plurality and how they intersect and he asks questions if he doesnt understand shit and its like fuck yeah woo lets go /pos
