Oh.. and I had an epiphany today, and I am so happy about it! So you know when you get so hungry or you're craving for something really unhealthy, like let's say a fckin pizza?! well instead of that, muster all the will that you can to make a PROTEIN SHAKE! and have that instead! it will definitely cure your hunger or your cravings off! I assure you of that! :)
