okay, hear me out:
Reverse Robins AU
Bruce knows of Damian from the beginning, he and Thalia co-parent. To ensure he gets shared custody, he needs to take parenting classes and go to therapy (or maybe Thalia makes him go, as a condition or something). This makes him a pretty good dad, and Damian a very well raised dude.
He knows of Tim, but the only time he actually interacts with him is after Joker kidnaps him and turns him into Joker Jr. Tim gets adopted, because he cannot rejoin society as a crazy kid who almost murdered Batman and did kill the Joker.
Jason steals the tires and joins the Batfamily. He is now a little brother to one pretty well-adjusted Damian and an absolutely crazy Tim, until they can develop the right medication. He is allowed to blossom and exist, and he doesn't leave for Ethiopia (let's be real, the Joker never stays dead, no matter what) because he has loving and smart brothers who 1) have League training, so can spot a trap a mile away and b) can sniff out the Joker from a mile away due to being incredibly well aquatinted with his bullshit thanks to extensive torture and a dad he can talk to without fighting.
Cass gets adopted the same way she does in the comic, I might be wrong, but I think she's independent from the Robins.
Dick gets adopted the same way as well, but he gets to stay a kid with a childhood for a little bit longer, because he has big brothers and gets to be a cuddly child.
I have nothing to add here, but the idea of having little Jason steal food and getting caught by half-JJ half-Tim who tells him how to make food out of bats in enough detail it freaks Jason out, only to meet him officially a couple of weeks later and it's just some dude who never sleeps and also gets on Damian's nerves like it's an Olympic game and he's the world record holder.
