No being is ever truly imprisoned. The belief in imprisonment creates the experience of it. You are surrounded by beings who feel themselves imprisoned in the body form, in 3D and 4D thoughtforms. It is for you to be the ones to give another example. “Why not look in this direction, my friend? Here’s something you may have overlooked.” To break the pattern of limitation and imprisonment by simply not believing in it any longer is a wonderful service. The more beings who stop believing in imprisonment and limitation, the stronger the energy builds, the wider the doorway becomes for others to walk through. The space that you hold as Lightworkers is no small thing. And though you may not give yourself to formal teaching, whatever it is you do in your life can be, in each moment, an acceleration for the planetary consciousness. Getting oriented to the medina with its hundreds of skinny streets was made more difficult by the rising temperatures as the morning proceeded.
The place I was intrigued the most in visiting was the tanneries. I had done work at one in Santa Cruz while pretending to be an environmental engineer in the 70s. I was interested in the dyes since they were supposed to be natural, though I wonder how safe they would be once concentrated high enough to permanently change the color of leather. In Santa Cruz way back when, I was attempting to remove chromium from the tannery’s wastewater. My guess is here in Fes environmental regulations are a much lower priority than, say, religion, business, or maybe anything other than fashionable leather products (I saw nothing that interested me in the co-op shop from which we looked down on the the vats).
