A clip from the behind the scenes studio session promo video I shot of @wyatt.eric's new album being made. The album is a tribute to Sonny Rollins, his Godfather. In this clip he's recording with trombonist Clifton Anderson, who is Sonny's nephew. "Don't Stop The Carnival" is a pivotal Sonny Rollins composition. Recording this entire studio session was amazing!!! 12 extremely gifted musicians going to WORK!!! There are songs on the album also made to honor the late Roy Hargrove and Arthur Rhames..who Eric both knew and played with extensively. Been working hard all week trying to finish editing this video for @wyatt.eric for the making of his new album "The Golden Rule" released today!!!...It's a tribute album to Sonny Rollins, his Godfather and Roy Hargrove. My damn editing program keeps crashing smh!! But def go stream and download the album. It's amazing...I saw it happen with my own eyes!! Still wrapping my head around what I witnessed yesterday and through the night recording of @Wyatt.eric's studio session for his new project. A great deal of it is a tribute to Sonny Rollins and the late great Roy Hargrove. Many of the musicians who have played with them both were there playing on the recording.
