To me Chilchuck is visibly more aged, he has wrinkles and eyebags and I think he has visible age to his face. He IS the human equivalent of a 35-40 year old man, His life span is shorter but he ages more rapidly than humans therefor despite how long he's lived in human years I think Chichuk should be have white hair because he is stressed and a crease where his brow furrowes and crows feet.

Episode Idea.

"Sweetest Dee"

Opening Shot: Dee is manning the bar alone, a slow day save for the regulars, everyday is a slow day but today much slower because Frank, Charlie, Mac, and Dennis have left to do some kind of scheme and she was left behind. A group of people enter the bar.

Just some normal adults, looking for a drink, playfully insulting eachother while Dee just serves them up some beers (Its not what was ordered) and at some point they get to talking to her. They invite her out. Cue opening credits.

Frank, Charlie, Dennis, and Mac return to the bar to find it devoid of Dee, no sign of her, just the regulars. They make a comment about docking her pay for this, to which Frank states they stopped paying her years ago, laugh laugh from the guys.

Three days pass, they haven't seen Dee at all, no one questions it til they need her for some kind of scheme (Its to do a shit job, literally theyre stealing from a farm and want her to shovel the manure) and they find out Dee's been hanging out with this new group the entire time, she comments how she was just trying to make them jealous and "how did you not know I was gone for three days?"

The gang thinks, Frank answers. "We thought you got knocked up again", Dee kicks them out, chasing them off, and the rest of the gang (Absent Dee) decide to replace her.

Cue montage sequence of them cycling through every woman they know to take Dee's place (Artemis, The waitress, Mac's mom, Charlie's sisters, a prostitute, Dottie from the episode 'the gang tends bar', ending with Cricket in a blonde wig) and it doesn't work. None of them fit, but its clear Dennis is more angry than the rest of the gang who seem fine not having Dee around, Dennis seems the most angry the women are not Dee, and he's the one pushing for more replacements.

The montage sequence is intercut with shots of Dee and her new friend group, having genuinely a good time, at some point making her first actual woman friend who she seems to enjoy being with (At first it doesn't seem so, Dee slips up a few times, subtly insulting, straight up insulting, trying to put the woman down but it doesn't work) but its clear even though she's doing much better with these new people somethings not fitting. Dee and her new friends are the A plot here, the rest of the gang a B plot with their shenanigans.

The episode ends in a emotional moment between Dee and Dennis, the two alone in Dee's apartment while Dennis goes on and on about how she's the only who fits with the gang and how none of the other women work and how she belongs with them, of course not out right saying it he tries to be mean about it tries to make it seem as though he doesn't care, but the longer he talks the more he tears up and admits he's felt something he hasn't before he can't quiet name it but he needs her. It ends in a hug, no words beyond that, both cry though silent, they pull away with Dee calling Dennis a "stupid golden bird", a laugh, and then ending credits.

I realize I know no gender nuetral terms for the same title feeling of Ma'am or Sir so I will now refer to everyone whom I do not know the pronouns of as Boss and my Liege.
