The term 304 means, "Indicates that the resource has not been modified since the version specified by the request headers If-Modified-Since or If-None-Match. In such case, there is no need to retransmit the resource since the client still has a previously-downloaded copy." This definition refers to 304's ability to collect and store information and data without external means. She has a broad knowledge of the entire multiverse thanks to Error's experience in the past.

Created by Error, 304 is 204's superior and listens to only Error. 304's barrier-breaking powers and shattered buzzsaw help her to gather intel and defend herself, respectively. She rarely has to fight because 204 will always be there to protect her.

Her strings are slick, and she can absorb and collect information and data.
